"In Order to Form a More Perfect Union; One Hero at a Time"

Celebrating dedication, courage, authenticity, passion, and you.

Philadelphia Union Looking For - Hometown Heroes

One of the words listed on Philadelphia Union's Spirit Ladder is "authentic". Now, through our Hometown Heroes Program we will be recognizing those citizens that are "authentic" within our communities. We look to recognize those men and women who have made a difference in the lives of others.

Heroes look like all of us. They are ordinary people that have had an extraordinary impact through their service, dedication, knowledge and spirit. We look to salute those heroes who have inspired people to improve the lives of their cities, towns communities and neighbors . Traditional values of teamwork, effort, accountability, trust and selflessness are the cornerstones of Philadelphia Union's Hometown Heroes. We look to recognize these heroes and need your help as Philadelphia's most loyal sports fans.

We want to celebrate the "authentic" behavior of our constituency and ask you to nominate an individual that you feel is worthy of consideration as a Philadelphia Union Hometown Hero. They can come from any walk of life and only need your support through nomination. We are currently accepting nominations for the 2014 Union Season and if selected they will be honored at a 2014 Union home match.

Just as PPL Park is the destination for the most exciting experience in MLS, we want it to be a destination that salutes those "authentic" heroes within your minds and hearts. Our soccer brings people together, inspires dreams and forges memories. Help us find those you think worthy of being named a, Philadelphia Union Hometown Hero.
