Five weeks have passed and you our fans have narrowed down the play that will be defined as the best of the 2013 Philadelphia Union season. We wrapped with a pair of plays that featured Jack McInerney that had to go into stoppage time as at the close of voting yesterday there was a deadlock tie between these two gems:

Now in the final week of voting you our fans will decide the ultimate No. 1 to emerge from this “Final Five.” All of the winners are below. Check them out, vote your favorite and tell us why in the comments section below. Over 1,000 of you took the time out to vote over the five-week campaign. Voting closes Friday with this one so cast your say one last time.

Also, one lucky fan will receive a commemorative jersey from the first season as we look back on what was in preparation of what is sure to be a historic fifth season of Union soccer.

With that said, will it be…

Week 1: Kleberson’s free kick wonder goal vs. Toronto FC?

Week 2: Michael Farfan finds the back of the net against Chivas USA?

Week 3: Ray Gaddis’ marathon sprint against Toronto FC?

Week 4: Aaron Wheeler-Antoine Hoppenot connection vs. Vancouver?

Week 5: Jack McInerney’s slicer against D.C. United?
