When it comes to the art of saving the penalty kick, it appears Zac MacMath has it on lock.

Three times this season, the Union has given the opposition a penalty kick following an infraction inside the 18-yard-box and all three times MacMath has put the kibosh on what is generally an easy goal scoring opportunity.

MacMath three denials has him now tied alongside MLS great Kevin Hartman (2011) and just one off the all-time record in an MLS regular season. According to the Elias Sports Bureau's Peter Hirdt, MacMath just needs one more this year to match D.J. Countess during his 2003 season as a member of the Dallas Burn (now FC Dallas).

Here’s a look at all three from MacMath thus far this season, beginning with his latest in Saturday’s match against Seattle.
