PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2016 (Union): Vincent Nogueira has played in eight games this year, being as dangerous as ever with this pinpoint passing, and ability to control the ball. He has gotten on the scoreboard twice, by scoring against LA Galaxy and Columbus Crew SC, both at Talen Energy Stadium.  

2015 (Union): Played in 27 games and started 22 in his second year with the Union. Finished with a career-high five goals, including a brace against Portland Timbers on July 11. In games Nogueira started, the Union finished 9-9-4. 

2014 (Union): Signed with the Union on Jan. 30 after appearing in 15 games for Sochaux during 2013-14 season. Nogueira appeared in 29 games and started 28, including the team’s first 16 games. He finished the season with two goals and three assists. Nogueira scored his first career MLS goal on March 29 during a 1-1 draw with Montreal. Later in the year, he scored his second goal against New England on May 17, which was nominated by MLS for the 2014 AT&T Goal of the Year. He had an assist during a 2-2 draw with Real Salt Lake on April 12, which led him to being named to the MLS Team of the Week by MLSSoccer.com.

2012-13 (Sochaux): Played in 29 games, starting 25 for Sochaux. He scored two goals and added two assists on the season, most notably a goal he scored on March 10, 2013 that aided in Sochaux' 3-2 victory against Evian Thonon.

2010-11 (Sochaux): Solidified his position by appearing in 22 games. He notched one goal and one assist during the season.  

2009-10 (Sochaux): Was named the best player of Sochaux (French Ligue 1) but sustained a series of injuries and could not return until the 2010-11 season.

2007-08 (Sochaux): Joined Sochaux after being in the youth program, appearing in three matches and starting in one. During this time, he led his team to win the Coupe Gambardella, a U-19 French tournament.
