- The Assists - Once he got going, Borek Dockal was an assist machine. He served balls in from all angles and he did it with power and precision.
- The Deliveries - Even when he wasn't bagging helpers, Dockal was such a threat if given any space that he changed the nature of how Philly had to be defended. Getting tight to Dockal meant leaving space elsewhere, and with Bedoya on the prowl from deep that often became an issue.
- The Goals - He got most (well, all) of them early in the season, but don't discount how important those strikes were for the Union. By proving they had a goal threat when CJ Sapong was still looking to get his 2017 form back, Dockal made life easier for both Sapong and Cory Burke. That assistance gave Burke more of a runway to adjust to the pace of MLS.
