Since 2016, the fan council has provided feedback and input on key topics, with a particular focus on crafting an exceptional fan experience year after year. The Union fan base is broad and diverse, and the fan council brings the voices of the fans directly to the club.
As a voice and communication medium for all Union supporters, the fan council will elevate topics such as ticket programs, in-stadium experiences, gamedays, community initiatives, merchandising, and much more to the club’s attention.
Fan Council meets usually once per quarter, or 4-5 times per season at the training facility in Chester for about 1-2 hours per session. Member review materials, presentations, briefs, and other club-provided collateral and engage in conversations with our executives.
We at the Union have always had a “We are One” mentality, and want to further extend that to the great supporters of this club through this group. The group selected will act as a voice and communication method for the rest of the Union supporters throughout the world.
Topics for discussion will include items such as Ticket Programs, In-Stadium Experience, Gamedays, Community Initiatives, Concessions, Merchandising and much more.
