 ADA Accessible Entrances

All public entrances are ADA Accessible.

 ADA – Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities Parking

Parking for disabled guests is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first serve basis. Parking attendants will direct guests to the nearest disabled parking area. Guests must have the required state issued disabled parking identification.

 ADA Seating

ADA Seating is available on all levels (in front of Sections 102, 112, 114, 115, 119, 120, 122, 123, 124, 130, 131, 132 and the top of Sections 114 & 120). All of the seated sections are equipped with one or two aisle seats.

 Alcohol Policy

Subaru Park and Spectra Food Service promote the responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

  • All guests purchasing alcohol who appear to be less than 40 years old must present a valid ID.
  • A purchase limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per trip will be enforced.
  • All alcohol sales will cease in the seating bowl, concession stands and portables at the completion of the 70:00 minute mark in the second half, but may also be discontinued earlier at the discretion of Subaru Park.
  • No alcohol will be served to guests who appear intoxicated.
  • Adult guests passing alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Guests possessing alcohol who do not have proof of being 21 or older will be subject to arrest and citation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
  • No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought inside Subaru Park.
  • Gatekeepers monitoring the exits will request that guests finish or dispose of alcoholic beverage before exiting the stadium. Areas will be monitored for alcohol misuse and underage drinking, and reported to authorities.
 Animals

Service animals and service animals in training are permitted at Subaru Park. All other animals are prohibited.

 Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

The ATM machine is located at the Subaru Gate (behind Section 112).

 Bag Check Policy

Bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” are permitted into Subaru Park. All carry-ins are subject to inspection upon entering the stadium. See a list of Prohibited Items here. 

 Banners

Signs, banners or similar items that are obscene or indecent, not event-related, potentially offensive to other patrons, capable of blocking the views of other guests or otherwise deemed dangerous and inappropriate by Subaru Park management are prohibited. Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another guest’s view or otherwise interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the game. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsement and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs on poles or sticks larger than two (2) feet in length, constructed of wood or metal material, are also not permitted.

 Birthdays

 Camera and Video Equipment

Guests are permitted to bring cameras into Subaru Park. Video equipment is not allowed. Cameras with a lens longer than eight (8) inches may not be brought inside the stadium, except by credentialed media. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited by Major League Soccer. Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, portals or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Monopods and tripods and camera bags are not permitted in the stadium.

 Carry-in Items

Carry-in items are not allowed in the stadium. Carry-in items include food, drinks, cans, glass containers and alcohol.

 Concession and Food Service

There are 15 concession stands and 25 portable carts located throughout the stadium serving a variety of food and drinks. Click here for a full list.

 Designated Driver Program

Philadelphia Union and Subaru Park work with TEAM COALITION to promote safe consumption of alcohol. Fans can pledge to be a designated driver during the season at the Guest Services desk behind Section 113. Each fan that pledges will be entered into a drawing run by TEAM COALITION to win a trip to the 2016 All-Star Game.

 Elevators

Three elevators are conveniently located throughout the park and are also available to service guests with disabilities. Elevators are located behind Section 117, Section 107/108 and Section 122.

 Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, stadium personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating the premises.

 Entrances

There are four (4) public entrances into Subaru Park. The Crozer-Premier Gate is the northeast entrance to the stadium. The Subaru Gate is the northwest entrance of the stadium. The Supporter’s Gate is located in the southwest corner of the stadium. Premium seat holders can enter the Club and Suite Entrance located at the north side of the stadium. A separate Media Gate entrance is also located in the southwest corner of the stadium.

 Family Restrooms

Subaru Park was designed with family restrooms for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. These restrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections 124106, Suite Level outside Suites 331 and 313. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing tables.

 Fan Code of Conduct

Major League Soccer is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable soccer experience for all guests in and around our stadiums. MLS fans have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team fans and players.
  • Fans enjoy the soccer experience free from fighting, *thrown objects, attempts to enter the playing field, political or inciting messages, and disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures.
  • Fans comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures.
  • Fans promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands.
  • Alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age.
  • Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots.
  • Fans are not permitted to wear away team colors in the River End.
  • Any flags, banners, or tifo must be pre-approved by the Philadelphia Union & Subaru Park management.  Please contact Fan Services at 877-21-UNION or FanServices@philadelphiaunion.com at least 48 hours before a game to make an appointment for banner approval.
  • Only credentialed members of the Sons of Ben are permitted on the capo stands in front of section 137.  

*NOTE: The use of confetti as an expression of fan enthusiasm is prohibited, but will be kept under review. Streamers are prohibited. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS CODE OF CONDUCT IS SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS, INCLUDING EJECTION, BANISHMENT AND ARREST.

PLEDGE TO FANS

Major League Soccer values the support of every one of its fans. MLS pledges to protect a fan's right to:

  • Watch the game in a safe, clean and healthy environment.
  • Be treated in a courteous, consistent and professional manner.
  • Be treated with dignity and respect by other spectators attending the game and those organizing the event.
  • 'Support' his or her team, provided that the support is in good taste and neither adversely impacts the event experience of fellow spectators nor negatively impacts the game.
  • Expect displays of good sportsmanship.
  • Expect timely and accurate information related to the game.

Guests will be ejected from Subaru Park for violating the fan code of conduct.

*Disclaimer: Guests who choose not to adhere to the code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund and the potential for loss of ticket privileges for future games, arrest and prosecution. Guests will also be required to take the online Fan Code of Conduct class.

 Fan Code of Conduct Class

Any guest deemed in violation of the Fan Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection from Subaru Park. Any fan ejected from Subaru Park will have to complete the online Fan Code of Conduct class. The fee for the class is $250. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Philadelphia Union Foundation. Fans must receive 70% or better to pass the class. After completion of the course, the fan can submit their request for re-admittance into the stadium.

 First Aid

Medical treatment is available at the First Aid Station, located behind Section 129.

 Field Dimensions

Subaru Park's field is 75 yd x 120 yd.

 Field Trespassing

Any unauthorized person venturing onto the playing field, will be arrested, fined and banned from Subaru Park.

 Gate Openings

Subaru Plaza will open two (2) hours prior to Union game time. Clubs & Suites + Subaru Gate will open 90 minutes prior to Union game time. Union Ale House will open 90 minutes prior to Union game time. Fans can enter thru Supporters Gate and walk up the staircase behind section 102. General Admission will open one (1) hour prior to Union game time.

 Guest Assist

ZipWhip is the text messaging service available to guests at Subaru Park. A guest may call for assistance during events by sending a text message from their cell phone. The text message is received by a stadium representative and the appropriate assistance is dispatched from the Event Command Post. If necessary, the stadium representative may have a dialogue with the guest through the exchange of text messages. By using the ZipWhip system, guest will be able to report issues and concerns ask for information and call for assistance in a fast, easy and convenient way.

 Guest Services

Guest Services is located behind Section 113. It is open when Subaru Park gates open and will remain open until thirty (30) minutes following the game to assist guests with lost and found, lost children, stadium directions, emergencies, and accommodations for guests with disabilities.

 Group Discounts

Groups of 10 or more can receive a savings of up to $8 per ticket. All tickets purchased as part of a discounted group package must be in the same price level. Groups of 30 or more will have their group’s name displayed in lights on the stadium video board.

Official Union Lots

Lot A:
Available for Season Ticket Members ONLY, and is available for $12 per game ($216 for the season).
This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from North East of the Stadium via Route 291 using the Eddystone/Ridley Park exit on I95. You will be directed to leave the parking lot via Route 291 East, you will not have access to the ramps on Route 322. This parking lot is not recommended for people looking to access the Commodore Barry Bridge route to New Jersey.

Lot B VIP:
Season Ticket Member Pre-Paid Rate: $12 per game ($216 for the season)
Day of Game Rate: $22 per game – Limited Availability
This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all directions. You will have access to 291 East, as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I9. You will also have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Sons of Ben Lot:
Season Ticket Member Pre-Paid Rate: $12 per game ($216 for the season)
Day of Game Rate: $22 per game – Limited Availability 
This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all directions that are interested in tailgating with the Sons of Ben. You will have access to Rt. 291 East and West (via Engle St), as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I95. You will also have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Lot B:

This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all directions. You will have access to 291 East, as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I95. You will also have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Day of Game Rate: $35 per game – Limited Availability 
This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all directions. You will have access to 291 East, as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I95. You will also have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Lot G:

This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all directions. You will have access to 291 East, as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I95. You will also have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Lot H:
This will be a private parking lot for the 2020 season and not accessible to use as a parking lot for our fans.

Lot J:

Day of Game Rate: $25 or $30 per game based on dynamic pricing
This parking lot is recommended for fans coming from all points North, South and West of the stadium. You will have access to 291 East, as well as the On-Ramp for Route 322 which can take you North and South on I95. However you will not have access to the Commodore Barry Bridge via Flower Street if you are heading to New Jersey.

Parking Policies and Procedures

  • On-site lots will open 5 hours prior to kickoff
  • Tailgating is allowed but space will be very limited as cars will be parked next to each other upon arrival
  • A parking permit is valid for one (1) parking space only
  • Trailers of any kind are not permitted in stadium lots
  • Tailgating in the parking lots will be limited to 2’ behind the vehicle. Tailgating in empty stalls will be prohibited. We encourage fans to use Subary Plaza outside the stadium to congregate. Fans will be permitted to bring tailgating items, food and beverage to the grass area of Subaru Plaza. Tailgating items, food and beverage will not be allowed in the vendor area on the concrete plaza section of Subaru Plaza or into the stadium.
  • If bringing an oversized vehicle – camper, trailer, etc., please park in Lot C
  • If you require ADA parking, please park in Lot B
  • Fans are asked to follow the direction of the parking staff to quickly park your vehicle.
  • Fans that wish to park next to friends must arrive at the same time. Parking spots cannot be reserved or saved for fans arriving at a later time.
  • Glass containers and Charcoal Grills are not permitted in Stadium parking lots.
  • Trash cans and larger containers are located throughout Stadium lots. Fans are asked to leave their tailgate location the way they found it and dispose of all trash.
  • Golf carts, segways, skateboards, scooters and other non-licensed motorized vehicles are not permitted in Stadium Lots.
  • Stadium Parking lots are patrolled by both private security and local law enforcement officers. Fans are asked to watch out for their family members and friends and keep tailgating activities under control at all times. Fans can asked to leave parking lots for disorderly behavior and cited or arrested by law enforcement officers for public intoxication, fighting or other inappropriate behavior.
  • Like season tickets, season parking permits can be revoked for non-compliance to Stadium guidelines.
 Personal Care Attendant
Fans who will be attending the game with a Personal Care Attendant and have questions regarding tickets should call Fan Services at 1-877-21-UNION. CLICK HERE to select ADA seating for home matches.
 Premium Seating

Field Level Seats – These seats are comparable to sitting courtside at an NBA game and they provide a view of the entire field. Field Level Seats include waiter/waitress service with menu options for all- inclusive food and beverage service (soft drinks and beer), Stadium Club access, parking passes and priority options for terrace seating in the Stadium Club.

Field Side Tables – These seats are ideal for companies or businesses who are looking to have field access but want to take it to the next level. Included is a private table for four (4), complimentary parking passes, and waiter/waitress service with menus for all- inclusive food and beverage service (soft drinks and beer).

Manager’s Row – These seats are directly behind the player benches and provide a close midfield viewpoint. Those with Manager’s Row Seats have access to the exclusive Union Club where each seat will have its own personal locker and complimentary food and beverage (soft drinks) before every game. Also included are complimentary parking passes, and an invitation to a team luncheon with members of the coaching staff and front office.

Luxury Suites – Each Luxury Suite ranges in size from 14 to 30 people and are ideal for corporate and/or social group outings. Each luxury suite is a climate controlled environment with access to both inside and outside seating. For an additional cost, suites can feature food and beverage items with multiple menu options and personal wait staff.

Stadium management has a right to reject any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.

In addition, all bags will be subject to search upon entry. The bag restriction will not apply to credentialed media, who will continue to enter MLS stadiums through designated entrances and adhere to all posted media bag policies and screenings. However, as has always been the case at Subaru Park, all media bags will continue to be searched upon entry.

**Special considerations will be made for guests with special medical needs and parents caring for infants. 

 Public Transportation

Take the SEPTA Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line to the Chester Transportation Center (6th & Welch Street). There will be a free shuttle service to Subaru Park and back, with service beginning four (4) hours prior to game time. Fans will need to show a SEPTA ticket to get on the shuttle buses. Following matches, shuttles returning to the Chester Transportation Center will be parked along Front Street, which is immediately to the right after exiting via the Subaru Gate (main gate). For special events please click here to confirm if shuttles will be running for a specific event.

 Re-entry Policy

Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. However, in the case of an emergency, a guest may receive a signature on their ticket stub from a gate supervisor, which will permit a guest to re-enter Subaru Park at the same gate. Guests who leave Subaru Park at any time, without the signature of the gate supervisor will not be permitted to re-enter with the same ticket.

 Restrooms

A total of twenty-nine (29) restrooms are conveniently located throughout Subaru Park. Twelve (12) Men’s, fifteen (15) Women’s, and two (2) Family restrooms equipped with changing tables. In addition, there is a restroom on the concourse level on the northwest side of the stadium for wheelchair guests who are seated in the Field Level area. Family Restrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections 124106, Suite Level outside Suites 331 and 313.

 Seating Policy

Only those with a ticket for that particular seat will be able to occupy the seat.

 Security

Under the new security policy, all guests will be fully screened and subjected to bag search upon entry. The screenings will be conducted via the use of a search wand.

 Smoking

Smoking is allowed only in the smoking pens outside the Crozer-Premier, River Gate and Media Gates of Subaru Park. Smoking is prohibited in the entire seating bowl of the stadium as well as the concourse and in the restrooms. This includes e-cigarettes.

 Special Occasions

Philadelphia Union games are the perfect place to host your birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party and even to get engaged. Special ticket packages are available for group outings and special occasions. For more information visit philadelphiaunion.com.

 Stairs

There are stairs located in each corner of the stadium. You can find stairs behind Sections 132122112 and 102.

 Standing Sections

All guests of Subaru Park are encouraged to enjoy the event from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the Union’s intent to limit the enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in the seating areas will not be tolerated except in Sections 134135136, 137, 138, 139 and 140.

 Supporter’s Section

The Supporter’s Section (Sections 134-140) will be filled with passionate soccer fans whose purpose will be to create an intimidating atmosphere for the opposition while cheering the team on to victory.  Visiting team colors are prohibited in the River End, including the color red at all times.  It is encouraged that you wear Union and/or Sons of Ben gear to help support the boys on the pitch.

The Sons of Ben are the official recognized supporter group of Philadelphia Union and sit in the River End section of Subaru Park. This section will stand, sing and chant for all ninety (90) minutes of the match. Please take this into consideration before choosing seats in this section.

 Tailgating

Tailgating is permitted within two (2) feet of the back bumper of your car at Subaru Park. You may also tailgate at Subaru Plaza on the grass area only.

 Ticket Information

The Union Box Office is located next to the Subaru Gate. On match days, advanced tickets can be purchased at the ticket windows located behind Section 120 on the concourse.

General box office hours at the stadium are as follows:

 Ticket Policy for Children

Children two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Subaru Park. They must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.

 Ticket Scalping

Re-sale of tickets is prohibited anywhere on Subaru Park grounds.

 Ticket Services

Ticket Services is located across from Section 120 near the Crozer-Premier Gate. On game days the Ticket Services window is open for future ticket purchases or ticket related issues, including temporary handicap seat relocation.

The Ticket Services table is located behind Sections 112/113 next to the Union Shop.

 Union Ale House

Make sure to stop by the Union Ale House, a newly designed in-stadium beer garden fan destination. The Union Ale House is comprised of six new partners: Yards, Modelo, Victory, Heineken, Sterling Pig and Yuengling. The Union Ale House will be located on the deck above sections 103 and 104 at Subaru Park. There are two additional locations of Union Ale House: one on the main concourse and another on the Subaru Plaza.

Alcohol sales stop at the 70th Minute of the match.

 50/50 Raffle

The Philadelphia Union Foundation will be hosting a 50/50 Raffle at all Union home games this season. One lucky fan will go home with half of the collected amount for each game. The other half of proceeds will benefit the Philadelphia Union Foundation, the Philadelphia Union’s charitable arm. Tickets will be sold (cash only): 3 for $5, 10 for $10, and 76 for $20. Look for various kiosks and ticket sellers in the concourse, clubs and suites in Subaru Park. Sales begin two (2) hours prior to first kickwith ticket sellers in the tailgating lots and on Subaru Plaza. Ticket Sales will ending the 75th minute.
