Philadelphia Union looks to continues its winning ways in the MLS is Back Tournament with a late night battle against newcomers Inter Miami CF. Kick off is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET and can be viewed on TUDN in Spanish and on Twitter for the English broadcast. For the MLS is Back Tournament, matchday rosters are expanded due to the new five substitution rules. Below are the starting lineup and notes.

- Goalkeeper Andre Blake looks to build off a strong performance against NYCFC that saw the Jamaican international make seven saves to earn MLS Team of the Week.
- Right back Ray Gaddis makes his 200th career start tonight for the Union becoming the first player in franchise history to hit the mark and the 12th player currently in MLS to reach that plateau with his current club.
- Center back Jakob Glesnes returns to the starting lineup alongside Mark McKenzie. Glesnes started the Union's first two regular season contests of the season at FC Dallas and LAFC.
- The match tonight in Orlando is the 30th career appearance for Union homegrown center back Mark McKenzie as well as midfielder Jamiro Monteiro and forward Kacper Przybylko.
- Team captain Alejandro Bedoya makes his 105th career start for the team tonight against Inter Miami CF.
- After missing the first match of the MLS is Back Tournament due to injury, Sergio Santos gets his third start of the season beside Kacper Przybylko.
- Michee Ngalina also returns to the matchday roster after missing the previous match due to injury as well.
