Know Your Enemy: Montreal Impact

The Union close out a three-game homestand with a matinee with Montreal Impact. Kick-off for the match is at 1:00 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on 6abc.

Team: Montreal Impact
Venue: Talen Energy Stadium
Kick-off: 1:00 p.m. ET (6abc)
2017 Record: 1-2-3, 0-2-2 on the road, 10th in Eastern Conference
All-time Record vs. Montreal: 3-3-5
Last Meeting: 1-1 draw at Talen Energy Stadium, September 10, 2016
Projected Starting XI (4-2-3-1): Evan Bush - Ambroise Oyongo, Laurent Ciman, Hassoun Camara, Chris Duvall - Hernán Bernardello, Marco Donadel - Dominic Oduro, Patrice Bernier, Ignacio Piatti - Matteo Mancosu
Player to Watch: Ignacio Piatti

Piatti missed two weeks with a hip/groin injury, which saw him miss the matches against Chicago Fire and LA Galaxy. However, the midfielder returned last week against Atlanta United, where he notched his second goal of the season.

Piatti was awarded a penalty kick after an Atlanta hand ball in the box, and he converted low to the right side. His two goals is tied with Matteo Mancosu for the team lead. Piatti was fresh and ready to go coming off his injury and showed no signs of any lingering effects, and should be one of Montreal's primary scoring threats against the Union.
