The Philadelphia Union are pleased to announce that the hometown hero for Sunday night's match against D.C. United will be Sergeant Patrick Lewis.
Lewis has been part of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for over 12 years, completing tours of duty in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He currently serves as a recruiter and Retention NCO.
For his services, he has received many honors including the Combat Infantryman Badge, 3 Army Commendation Medals and the Iraq Campaign Medal.
