With the win, the Union now have 38 points, keeping them in second place in the Eastern Conference. An own goal in the 34’ by Andrew Farrell gave the Union a 1-0 lead before half. Anthony Fontana scored his sixth goal of the season in the 69’, making it his third goal against New England this year and . Andre Blake finished the game with seven saves, helping the Union get the three points.
