After a strong rookie campaign in net for Bethlehem Steel FC, goalkeeper Jake McGuire is up for the United Soccer League's Save of the Year.
McGuire's nomination for the best save of the 2017 campaign came on the road at FC Cincinnati in the club's third and final meeting of the season. McGuire came up with a finger-tip save in the second half to deny Andrew Wiedeman.
McGuire is paired up against Toronto FC II's Angelo Cavalluzo in the first round of the bracket. Steel FC swept TFCII in the regular season and now McGuire needs your help to continue the club's winning ways against the Canadian club. Voting for the first round concludes on Friday, Dec. 1, at 10 a.m. and it can be done here.
