 Who can access the free stream?

Anybody in Philadelphia or the immediate surrounding area. Need to see if you qualify for the free stream? Check online with your zip code. NOTE FOR MOBILE USERS: You must have your phone’s location services turned on and allow the streaming software to verify your location information.

 Are the matches really free?

The online stream at PhiladelphiaUnion.com is free for fans in the Philadelphia DMA. Fans that qualify for the free stream can check online with your zip code. Fans that are outside the streaming area will be able to watch the matches with a paid subscription to ESPN+.

 What is the best way to access the stream?

For the best experience, please access the stream on your personal WiFi network. You may also access the stream using cellular data. However, if your phone pings a cellular tower outside of the Philadelphia streaming area, you may be blocked from viewing the stream. For the streaming area, enter your zip code here.

 What time will the stream begin?

Streaming on PhiladelphiaUnion.com will begin when the broadcast begins on PHL17, 6ABC or ESPN+. For example if a match is advertised for 7:30 p.m. ET, the stream will begin at 7:30 p.m.

 will the stream be similar to television broadcasts?

Yes, the stream online will be the exact same broadcast and production as you'll see on PHL17, 6ABC and ESPN+. This free streaming option is way to let all fans in the Philadelphia area enjoy Philadelphia Union soccer.

 Are all Union matches being stream this season?

All non-national broadcast matches will be streamed on PhiladelphiaUnion.com and ESPN+. You can see the full list of matches here. You will be able to watch on the national broadcaster’s channel or app if you subscribe to their network.

 Can you stream matches to your TV?

Yes but you will need to navigate through an internet browser to PhiladelphiaUnion.com to stream matches on your devices.

 Will streamed matches be able to work Apple Air Play?

Yes you will be able to air play streamed matches so long as your devices are connected to the same network.

 Will I be able to watch matches on demand?

Currently matches are not able to be watched on demand after the final whistle. We are currently working with the league to provide a solution for all fans in the Philadelphia market to view matches on demand for a limited time.

 If I don't want to stream the matches online, what are my other viewing options?

For home matches, the best way to truly experience Philadelphia Union is at Subaru Park. For fans not able to attend, all Union matches will be broadcast on television via either PHL17, 6ABC or Localish. For the full list of which matches will be broadcast, click here.
