Things have changed since the last time we’ve come together at Subaru Park but we’re ready to welcome you home to support the 2020 Supporters' Shield Winners, Philadelphia Union.

Please take the time to read the 5 Union Steps that will guide you on your way to and from Subaru Park.

For 2021, tickets will be mobile only and will be delivered via email 24 hours prior to the game. Seat locations will be limited as well as we adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Will I get to pick my own seats?

Fans will get to pick their seats inside Subaru Park based on availability. However, Season Ticket Members are not guaranteed their season ticket location due to the limited availability. Click here to see how seating will work.

Upon purchasing your tickets for a Philadelphia Union game, you will be required to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability form. You will not be allowed into Subaru Park until that form has been completed.

Parking is available for purchase via a pre-paid parking pass or can be purchased on-site.

Each account MUST purchase parking, which can be done with a pre-paid parking pass. Fans without a pre-paid parking pass can purchase their parking on site when they arrive at Subaru Park lots. Tailgating is recommended to be within your personal seating block.

Can I pick the lot I wish to park in?

Yes. Fans will be allowed to select the parking lot they wish to park in but note that you might not get your normal parking due to social distancing and tiered credential areas.

What time will parking lots open?

Official Philadelphia Union parking lots will open to fans five hours prior to kick off.

Masks are no longer required for vaccinated fans at Subaru Park based upon CDC and Pennsylvania guidelines but are strongly recommended for all fans unless actively eating or drinking. Be aware that in 2021 there is a strict clear bag policy in place at Subaru Park.

Your temperature will be taken upon entry into Subaru Park. If you, or anyone in your party have a temperature higher than 100.4 F then you will be escorted to a "Cool Down" Area before being retested. If your temperature is still above 100.4 F, you and the rest of your party will not be permitted into Subaru Park and you will receive a ticket credit/refund for a future match.

Fans will need to enter Subaru Park through the gate listed on your ticket. You will only have access to the half of the stadium that your ticket is featured in.

Your suggested gate time arrival at Subaru Park will be based on your seating location. If you are in Row P or above, we suggest you arrive 60 minutes prior to kick off. If you are in Row N or below, we suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to kick off. There will be specific one-way entry points into the seating bowl to avoid crossing other fans upon arrival to your seats.

There will be a very strict clear bag policy in place at Subaru Park. Your bag must fit the size restrictions (14”x14”x6”), as well as be a clear see through bag in order to enter Subaru Park. This is in place to limit in-person contact with security personnel upon entry. For more information on the clear bag policy, click here.

We have worked closely with state and local officials to meet and exceed safety requirements laid out by PA and the CDC.

Subaru Park will be cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards of cleanliness. The Union and Subaru Park are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with Pennsylvania state and local health officials to ensure that the stadium continues to be safe for fans, players, and staff.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout Subaru Park, including at entrances and restrooms. Fans are encouraged to wash hands with soap and water and utilize hand sanitizer stations regularly during their visit to the stadium.

The Subaru Park seating map will feature strict social distancing guidelines. Only parties that are ticketed together will be allowed to sit within the social distancing guidelines set forth. There will be specific lines created for each restroom to avoid interaction with other fans adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

Subaru Park will be cashless in 2021.

No Cash purchases will be allowed and only a limited number of concession stands will be available. There will be specific lines created for the concession areas to comply with social distancing guidelines.

No Cash purchases will be allowed at the Union Shop. The Union Shop will be open with a capacity limit of 20 fans at one time inside the shop. Fans will also not be permitted to try on clothing or other merchandise.
