Yes, all Union Youth Training Program coaches are expected to have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
Yes, all Union Youth Training Program coaches will receive an official uniform and equipment to use during training sessions.
There will be potential opportunities to assist and work with the Union Academy and observe first team training sessions to learn the Union's coaching methodology first hand.
Yes, all hired Union Youth Training Program coaches will have the opportunity to take coaching courses however all fees will not be covered by Union Youth programs.
