 What level of players will I be working with?

Players that attend our training programs include those that play at the recreational, travel and elite level.

 What types of employment contracts are available?

We offer contracts for a vast range of time. They include per training session, weekly, seasonal and yearly contracts.

 What exactly would my job entail?

All coaches are expected to team the beautiful game of soccer under the Union Youth coaching methodology. Coaches are expected to create an unique atmosphere for all players while receiving the highest level of coaching instruction that will consist of modern drills, games and small-sided exercises.

 What is the interview and selection process like?

Interested coaching candidates should first send a resume to Youth Technical Director, Anthony Flores via email. After looking over your resume, prospective candidates will have a formal interview 1-on-1 with Flores. The final step in the process is running a Union Youth session.

 What will my title and relationship to the Union organization be?

All hires will be known as coaching staff for the Union Youth Programs.

 Can I represent the Union organization in paid advertisements?

No.

 Is visa sponsorship provided for this coaching position?

No, visa sponsorship is not provided for coaching with Union Youth Training Programs.

 How much will I get paid?

Compensation rates vary depending upon experience, qualifications and position hired.

 Do I need a driver's license and my own vehicle?

Yes, all Union Youth Training Program coaches are expected to have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

 Will I receive a coaching uniform and equipment?

Yes, all Union Youth Training Program coaches will receive an official uniform and equipment to use during training sessions.

 Will I have the opportunity to get involved in anything related to the Union's first team, Union II or Academy?

There will be potential opportunities to assist and work with the Union Academy and observe first team training sessions to learn the Union's coaching methodology first hand.

 Will I get the opportunity to take coaching courses?

Yes, all hired Union Youth Training Program coaches will have the opportunity to take coaching courses however all fees will not be covered by Union Youth programs.

 If successful at the interview process, when do I start?

Successful hires would be expected to start as immediately.
