2015 (Philadelphia): The defender made 28 appearances in his fourth MLS season, contributing one assist for the Union. Like in 2014, he was a critical component in the Union’s run to the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup final. He played in every minute of every match, including the final as Philadelphia finished runners-up.
2014 (Philadelphia): Gaddis played and started every match for the Union in 2014, leading all field players in minutes played league-wide that season, with 3,051. He totaled two assists in league play for Philadelphia. He also appeared three times in the U.S. Open Cup, including in the final, when he played all 120 minutes in the loss to Seattle.
2013 (Philadelphia): Gaddis’ role expanded in 2013 as he made 31 appearances during his sophomore season, playing all but three matches. He also appeared in two U.S. Open Cup contests.

Gaddis was a standout at West Virginia. He was honored as a 2011 College Soccer News second team preseason All-America and a member of the all-Big East preseason squad. In 2011, Gaddis was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List for the second straight season, making him the only West Virginia player to ever be featured on the list for two seasons. In 2010 he was named third team All-American by TopDrawerSoccer.com, and earned second team all-Big East honors. In 2009, Gaddis was a first-team selection on the NSCAA all-Northeast Region squad.
