Marlon LeBlanc - Head Coach

Marlon LeBlanc enters his second full season as Head Coach of Philadelphia Union II. LeBlanc joined the Union organization in 2020 as a coach with the U-17 team and works with players and coaches throughout the academy system. Before joining the Union, LeBlanc had a long tenure as the head coach at the University of West Virginia. In his 14 seasons at the helm, the Mountaineers won 138 matches and made six NCAA appearances, including a Sweet 16 appearance in 2007. In his first season with West Virginia LeBlanc led his team to a 15-3-3 record and was named the 2006 Soccer America Coach of the Year. LeBlanc’s Mountaineers won the 2019 Mid-America Conference Championship in his last season with the team.
