Andre Blake called in for Jamaica's World Cup Qualifiers

Philadelphia Union announced today that Andre Blake has received an international call-up for Jamaica ahead of their World Cup qualifiers. The goalkeeper is part of eight call-ups in March which include , , in addition to Paxten Aaronson, Jack McGlynn, Quinn Sullivan, and Brandan Craig receiving call ups to the U-20 USMNT.

Blake joins the Jamaican National Team as they continue the fifth round of the World Cup qualifier group stage. The duo was last called up in January for three qualifying matches against Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica. Blake, who captains the squad, has 59 caps as the starting goalkeeper for the team. In his most recent World Cup qualifier matches, Blake racked up 12 saves.  Jamaica will face El Salvador (March 24, 7:05 p.m.), Canada (March 27, 4:05 p.m.), and Honduras (March 30, 9:05 p.m.).
