It's a battle of two long range goals for the title of October's BIMBO Goal of the Month that pits defender Kai Wagner against midfielder Daniel Gazdag.
The first nominee for the monthly honor comes from Wagner courtesy of another beautiful set piece strike. Facing a tight angle attempt on the road at CF Montreal, Wager was fearless and had a go in the rain with a perfectly skipped ball that left the keeper watching.
Meanwhile Gazdag's goal was the exclamation point to a beautiful build up with Jamiro Monteiro on the road at Minnesota United. Monteiro laid off a soft pass and Gazdag hammered it home from the edge fo the 18 for the golazo that put the Union ahead on the road.
