Ahead of the club's road match at CF Montreal on Saturday night, Philadelphia Union Head Coach Jim Curtin provided an update on the status of the squad.

“Kai Wagner is on the field training on the side but he’s progressing really, really well and fortunately it doesn’t look like it will be a long term injury at all. I think it's very realistic that Kai is able to play or at least at a minimum contribute in [the second leg of the game. And I know he wants to be a part of that game. That's the one they're targeting to have him back by.”
