Crozer-Keystone Health Injury Report: Union at Red Bulls

Ahead of the club's road trip to rival New York Red Bulls on Sunday, Philadelphia Union Head Coach Jim Curtin provided an update on the injury status of the squad.

Alejandro Bedoya and Brenden Aaronson
“Ale and Brenden was just a coaches decision [in taking them out early against Columbus] rather than just riding them into the ground. It allowed us to give others some chances so that was the decision we made and they are both totally fine and healthy. Gives them a little easier time in the recovery to be ready to go for Red Bull."

Ilsinho
“Ilsinho has a little bit of an ankle issue but I think he'll be okay by game time and be able to  contribute."

Kai Wagner
“Kai is in the same boat as last time where it's close but it comes down to what he can tolerate in terms of pain and he's getting treatment. He didn't train today so it'll go down to the wire and hopefully he can take part tomorrow but we will see. He's a big part of what we do and is such a solid left back."
