Philadelphia Union Homegrown Frankie Westfield earned his first appearance for the United States Men's National team today, entering in the 76th minute for the Stars and Stripes in their match against Peru.
The cap comes during the 20-year-old's first-ever call-up for US Soccer's Senior Team, attending camp alongside his fellow Philadelphia Union Homegrowns Cavan Sullivan and Neil Pierre.
