Haris Medunjanin selected by FC Cincinnati in 2019 End-Of-Year Waiver Draft

After Haris Medunjanin and the Union decided to part ways and not renew their partnership for the 2020 Major League Soccer season, FC Cincinnati selected the 34-year-old midfielder in the 2019 MLS End-Of-Year Waiver Draft.

Aside from transfers, the 2019 MLS End-of-Year Waiver Draft is the first offseason opportunity for players to change clubs within MLS, and marks the point that the offseason kicks into high gear.

Teams have an opportunity to select from the list of players below, who are eligible due to not meeting the minimum years of service requirement for the Re-Entry Draft or Free Agency. A full breakdown of the rules and procedure for the process can be found here. Following Monday's End-of-Year Waiver selections, MLS Free Agency will kick off, with stage 1 of the league's Re-Entry Process beginning at 3 pm ET on Tuesday.
