Philadelphia Union's Special Olympics Unified Sports All-Stars Khalil Cooper and Sai Aung Phone Thant were shown an amazing experience at the 2025 Special Olympic Unified All-Star Game in Austin on Wednesday morning.
Both players arrived in the Lone Star State on Monday and were quickly into training for the big match and even got to meet some of their fellow MLS All-Stars with the duo meeting Tai Baribo, Jakob Glesnes and Kai Wagner.
In the match on Wednesday morning, Cooper earned the start in the middle of the 4-3-3 formation, playing the first 10 minutes before swapping with Thant, his Unified Partner. They continued to rotate in and out throughout the 90 minute contest that saw the two sides combine for eight goals and even more memorable celebrations.
