Philadelphia Union announced today a technical partnership with Fokus, a technology company founded within the innovative environment of Norwegian sensation club FK Bodø/Glimt.
Fokus specializes in helping clubs bridge the gap to the largest organizations through data-driven solutions for squad management and recruitment.
Through this partnership, Philadelphia Union will work closely with Fokus to streamline its recruitment processes. In parallel, the club continues to invest in the development of internal data models and analytics capabilities. By combining its own data infrastructure with the Fokus platform, Philadelphia Union aims to create a more data-driven decision-making environment across soccer operations.

"Fokus provides a modern platform that helps connect information across departments, creating a more efficient environment for collaboration and decision-making. We see this partnership as a valuable step in strengthening our soccer operations infrastructure," said Addison Hunsicker, Senior Manager, Soccer Analytics.
"Our recruitment team is constantly looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently," said Chris Zitterbart, Director of Scouting. "Fokus brings a practical solution helping us organize information, improve collaboration, and support long-term squad planning. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership creates."
The partnership reflects Philadelphia Union's ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring the club remains at the forefront of modern soccer operations and player recruitment.
