CHESTER, Pa. (October 29, 2025) – Following the announcement of his season-ending injury in August, Philadelphia Union announced today that the club and defender Ian Glavinovich have mutually agreed to terminate his contract.
The 23-year-old made four appearances (three starts) in his debut MLS campaign, first featuring in the Union’s season opener against Orlando City SC on February 22. On March 22, Glavinovich scored his first goal for the club and game-winner in a 1-0 victory over St. Louis CITY SC at Subaru Park.
TRANSACTION: Philadelphia Union and defender Ian Glavinovich mutually agree to terminate contract. The loan termination was completed prior to the roster freeze on September 12, 2025.
