Philadelphia Union Player Pathway Program is Off to a Strong Start This Fall!
The Philadelphia Union’s Player Pathway Program (PPP) is back in action this fall, and the season is off to a fantastic start! With over 30 teams across both boys’ and girls’ divisions, the PPP continues to provide top-tier, supplemental training for talented young athletes.

Patrick Kelleher, Director of the Boys PPP, shared, “Our goal is to give these players a unique environment where they can challenge themselves and grow, both technically and mentally. We’re focused on developing the complete player while staying true to the Union’s methodology.”

Leading the Girls PPP, Lisa Cotter emphasized the holistic approach of the program: “Every session is designed to develop players not just on the field, but as thinkers of the game. We take into account their age-specific needs, making sure they’re growing in all aspects of the game.”

Training takes place every Friday night at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex, offering high-quality sessions that complement athletes’ club schedules. The PPP is invite-only and club-neutral, giving players access to the Philadelphia Union’s professional training philosophy. Every term, concept, and drill reflects the values and principles that have guided the Union’s success.

This fall, the Player Pathway Program is more than just training—it’s an opportunity for dedicated athletes to elevate their game, sharpen their skills, and experience the Union way of soccer development.
