- Defender Ray Gaddis returns to the Starting XI with a start at right back tonight after not appearing during Sunday's win against the Montreal Impact.
- Also returning to the Starting XI is Jose "El Brujo" Martinez, who missed the Union's last match due to yellow card accumulation. Tonight's start at FC Cincinnati will be his 10th of his Union career.
- Midfielder Jamiro Monteiro makes earns his 35th career start for the Boys in Blue.
- Forward Kacper Przybylko looks to build off of his MLS Team of the Week Honors with another start up top. Przybylko scored a brace last time out for the Union and in 2019 netted a goal against FC Cincinnati.
