Philadelphia Union today announced that the club’s April 16 match at the New York Red Bulls will be broadcast on WACP TV-4 at 7:30 p.m. ET due to conflicting schedules of the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia 76ers. The match may also be simulcast on The Comcast Network, if the Philadelphia Flyers do not have a playoff game that night.
Based out of Atlantic City, NJ, WACP TV-4 is an independent station serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is available on Comcast XFinity (Channel 4 on SD and 789 on HD), Verizon Fios (Channel 4 on SD and 504 on HD), DirectTV (Channel 4) and Dish Network (Channel 4).
The Union will occupy the 7:00-10:00 p.m. ET time slot on WACP TV-4 on April 16 with the Union’s bi-weekly magazine show “State of the Union” starting off programming at 7 p.m. Kick off against the Red Bulls will be at 7:30 p.m. and there will be a 30 minute live post-game show from 9:30-10:00 p.m.
Union broadcasters JP Dellacamera and Peter Pappas will be on hand to call all of the live action. Fans are encouraged to participate via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and text.
