Professional Experience:

2019: 27 GP, 24 GS, 3 G, 1 A in 2,024 min. 
Acquired by Bethlehem Steel FC via loan from Portmore United on February 27, 2019. Willis made his Steel FC debut in the club's season-opening match at Birmingham (March 10). He started in the home-matches against North Carolina (March 16), Memphis (March 24) and Pittsburgh (March 30) and then the following matches at Swope Park (April 6) and against Charleston (April 13). Willis started in the match at Charlotte (April 16) and scored his first-career goal for Steel FC. He made a substitute appearance in the match against Indy (April 20) and then returned to the starting lineup for the matches at Loudoun (May 3) and against Atlanta (May 12). Willis started in the match against Ottawa (May 19). He started in the match against Louisville (May 26) and recorded his first brace, notching his second and third goals of 2019. Willis then started the match at Red Bulls II (May 31) and made a second-half substitute appearance in the match against Tampa Bay (June 22). Willis returned to the starting lineup in the match at Hartford (June 28) and provided his first Steel FC assist. He then started the following matches at Pittsburgh (July 4) and against Red Bulls II (July 10). Willis returned from international duty with a start at Saint Louis (July 27) and then started the following matches against Hartford (August 1) and at Nashville (August 10). He returned to the starting lineup in the match against Swope Park (September 1).

2017-2018: Willis played for Portmore United of Jamaica's National Premier League. While at Portmore, he made 46 appearances and scored six goals across two seasons with the Jamaican club. 

 

International Experience:

2019: Willis was called up to Jamaica's Under-23 National Team camp in July ahead of the island nation's 2020 Olympic Qualifying matches in CONCACAF. The midfielder started in both matches against Dominica (July 17) and Saint Kitts and Nevis (July 21). He received his first call-up to Jamaica's senior National Team in September of 2019, earning his first cap as a substitute in their CONCACAF Nation's League B match against Antigua and Barbuda (September 6). Willis made his first start for the Reggae Boyz in their match against Guyana (September 9) in the same competition. He then started Jamaica's CONCACAF Nation's League match at Aruba (October 15), scoring his first professional goal off of a penalty kick.
