Signed for Bethlehem Steel FC on February 26, 2019. Rayyan started in Steel FC's season-opening match at Birmingham (March 10). He started in the home-match against North Carolina (March 16) and came on as a substitute in the match against Memphis (March 24). Rayyan started against Pittsburgh (March 30) and recorded his first-career assist. He started the following matches at Swope Park (April 6), against Charleston (April 13) and at Charlotte (April 16). He returned to the starting lineup from injury in the match against Louisville (May 26) and then started the following matches at Red Bulls II (May 31) and against Nashville (June 9). He started in the match against Saint Louis (June 15) and provided his second assist of 2019. He followed that performance with a start against Tampa Bay (June 22). Rayyan scored his first professional goal in a start at Hartford (June 28) and then started the following match at Pittsburgh (July 4). He started in the match against Red Bulls II (July 10) and recorded his first professional brace with his second and third goals of the season. Joined Bethlehem Steel FC as an Academy Player from Union Academy. Issa made two substitute appearances in the 2017 USL regular season.

 

College Experience:

2018: Played for Duke University in the 2018 NCAA Men's Soccer season, making 20 appearances, 19 starts, scored six goals and provided three assists. Issa was named the ACC Freshman of the Year following the 2018 season.

 

Youth Experience: 

2015-2018: Issa appeared in 66 matches, making 49 starts and notching 22 goals across four seasons with the Union Academy. He tallied seven of his 22 goals in his last season with the Union Academy U18/19s.
