2019: 9 GP, 9 GS, 1 G, 1 A in 804 min. 
Acquired by Bethlehem Steel FC via loan from Cavaliers SC on March 1, 2019. Topey made his Steel FC debut in the club's season-opening match at Birmingham (March 10) and started in the home-match against North Carolina (March 16). He returned to the starting lineup in the match at Loudoun (May 3) and provided his first-career assist for Steel FC. Topey started the following match against Atlanta (May 12) and also notched his first-career goal for the Steel. He started the following matches against Ottawa (May 19), Louisville (May 26) and at Red Bulls II (May 31). Topey returned from 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup action with a start against Red Bulls II (July 10). He started in the match against Swope Park (September 1).

2017-2018: Topey was previously with Cavaliers SC of Jamaica's National Premier League. While with Cavaliers SC, he made 37 appearances and scored three goals across two seasons with the Jamaican club. 

 

International Experience:

2019: Topey earned his first senior call-up to the Jamaican National Team for their CONCACAF Nations League qualification match against El Salvador in San Salvador (March 23) and international friendly against Costa Rica in San Jose (March 26). He earned his first senior cap as a substitute in the international friendly against Costa Rica (March 26). Topey was called-up by Jamaica for the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup and made his first competitive cap by coming on as a substitute in Jamaica's 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinal match against Panamá (June 30). The defender was called up to Jamaica's Under-23 National Team camp ahead of the island nation's 2020 Olympic Qualifying matches in CONCACAF. Topey started in both of Jamaica's matches against Dominca (July 17) and Saint Kitts and Nevis (July 21).

2018: Topey featured for Jamaica’s Under-20 National Team during the 2018 CONCACAF U-20 Championship. He started in all five of Jamaica’s matches in the competition, scoring four goals and providing one assist, while playing every minute of the tournament for the island nation. Topey started in the matches against Grenada (November 3), Nicaragua (November 4), Mexico (November 7), Aruba (November 9) and St. Martin (November 10), scoring against every squad except Mexico and supplying an assist against Aruba. With his help, Jamaica secured three clean sheets in five matches and went undefeated in group play, falling just short of advancement to Mexico on goal differential.
