Welcome to Blue October. That postseason feeling has evaded Philadelphia for far too long, and now it’s up to the fans to help bring it back in the noisiest way possible. Ernst Tanner and Jim Curtin have put together a team capable of knocking off anybody, and Curtin has been clear that his charges always have something extra in the tank when Talen Energy Stadium is rocking and rolling.

In this iteration of the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, every round consists of a single elimination matchup, and that means the Union must use every advantage they can find, and the clearest one is their home pitch.
A home field advantage is about more than just knowing how the grass rolls and the wind swirls. It’s also about a feeling of invincibility created by the pounding noise and relentless energy of the supporters. Especially in this matchup, which Red Bulls will try to turn into a messy, physical affair, it’s important for the momentum in the match to be driven by fans.
The Union and Red Bulls begin postseason play at 3:00 p.m. ET on October 20, with the match broadcast live on FS1.
