Philadelphia Union is saddened to announce the passing of Philadelphia Union Academy graduate Daniel Yallah. A member of the 2019 YSC Academy class, Yallah signed a one-day contract with the Boys in Blue in late September and was the runaway winner of September's Player of the Month through fan voting. Yallah continued to play the game he loved after falling ill, and he helped Liberia capture their third consecutive Philadelphia International Unity Cup this year.
