Philadelphia Union II faced off against Orlando City B at Subaru Park on Thursday afternoon, resulting in a 1-1 draw. In the 11th minute, forward Sal Olivas gave Union II the lead when he finished a cross from Academy defender Frank Westfield. Orlando City B responded in the 30th minute with a goal by Wilfredo Rivera.  After a scoreless second half, the match was determined by a post regulation shootout. After seven rounds, goalkeeper Andrew Rick provided the key save to secure the extra point.
