For the fourth time this season, Union II has been named MLS NEXT Pro Team of the Matchweek, the league announced on Wednesday.
This time, the honor comes after a dominant win against Crown Legacy on the road, which marked their eighth three-point outing of the season.
Eddy Davis III opened scoring quickly in the second minute for his fourth of the season, and with a Crown Legacy own-goal plus efforts from Nick Pariano and Malik Jakupovic in the second half, the match finished 4-0 in favor of Philly.
With the win, Union II has 36 points so far this season, sitting in second place in the conference standings behind only New York Red Bulls II.
