Competition headed at eMLS League Series Two presented by Coca-Cola as Philadelphia Union’s CisseSZN claimed seven points on the second night of the event.

Cisse currently is tied for the eighth and final spot in the Knockout Round on overall points with tiebreakers slotting him just below the line but there is still plenty of matches to determine the League Series Two table with only six points separating fourth place to 15th.

The evening began with a sibling rivalry with the 23-year-old facing off against his brother KingCJ0 of D.C. United. With his brother on the other end, Cisse shook up his formation to give an unique look and it proved a smart one as neither side found an opening goal in the first half. D.C. United opened the scoring in the 53rd minute but Cisse battled back with FIFA21 Icon Ruud Gullit pulling the strings to set up goals for Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe. The two sides went back and forth and ended with a 2-2 draw after penalty kick for the Union didn’t break in their favor on the very last place of the contest.

Cisse’s night got even tougher after a 3-2 loss to LAFC’s RemiMartinn that saw the California side rally with three second-half goals but the Union gamer battled back with two strong wins to set up a chance to advance to not only League Series Two Knockout Rounds but claim a spot in the eMLS Cup.

Facing off against one of the top competitors in the Western Conference Skill Shack of Vancouver, Cisse took a scoreless first half and knocked out three straight goals over the final 26 minutes to claim a 3-0 win. In the final contest of the evening, Cisse racked up a 3-1 win over League Series One semifinalist PhilB94 of Toronto FC with Ronaldo, Mbappe and Gullit leading the way.

eMLS League Series Two qualifiers conclude next Tuesday evening. Cisse’s competition wraps up with four more matches that will come against Minnesota, New York Red Bulls, Atlanta United and LA Galaxy.
