Philadelphia Union esports competitior CisseSZN kicked off eMLS League Series Two presented by Coca-Cola with three results on opening night of the online qualifiers.

After starting off with a setback to 2017 eMLS Cup Champion Kid M3mito of Chicago Fire FC, Cisse regained momentum over the next three matches to rack up five points to stay in primepoint position for yet another Knockout Round appearance.

CisseSZN’s biggest match of the night came against his local rival Doolsta of Nashville SC. After falling behind 1-0 on a third minute goal, the 23-year-old battled back and knotted things up on his next possession with a strike from Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo. Cisse nearly collected all three points in the match but a second-half penalty kick was saved by his Nashville opponent.

With a lone point on the League Series Two table, Cisse got to work and bagged a pair of braces from Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe to roll against Golzo of Colorado Rapids. The leading man for Juventus opening the scoring with the match’s first two goals while the French winger added the final two for a 4-1 win heading into the final online qualifier of the night.

Much like his second match, Cisse needed to rally back from a one-goal deficit and did so quickly against IMCF_Pabs of eMLS newcomers Inter Miami. It was again an all Ronaldo affair with the Florida side breaking a deadlock in the 53rd minute but the Union striking back on the next possession to split the points, 1-1.

eMLS League Series Two continues Wednesday night as Cisse looks to build off the start with contests his younger brother KingCJ0 of D.C. United, followed up by tough competition with the likes of RemiMartinn (LAFC), SkillShack (Vancouver Whitecaps) and PhilB94 (Toronto FC).
