XI Notes Presented by Bimbo | Philadelphia Union vs. Toronto FC

XI-TOR-110726

Decision Day is here! The Philadelphia Union host their final regular-season match on Saturday, Nov. 7, taking on Toronto FC at Subaru Park at 4 p.m.

MLS Decision Day serves as the league's final matchday, with playoff berths and postseason seeding on the line across the league.

Philadelphia enters the day in sixth place in the Eastern Conference with 47 points. A win over Toronto would secure sixth place and a 50-point finish to the regular season.

A draw would guarantee the Union a top-seven finish and allow them to avoid the Eastern Conference Wild Card match between the eighth and ninth seeds. A loss, combined with wins by both FC Cincinnati and the Columbus Crew, would send Philadelphia into the Wild Card round.

With a win or draw, the Union will finish seventh or higher and advance directly to Round One of the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs following the November FIFA international break. The opening round is a best-of-three series, with the higher seed hosting the first match and, if necessary, the decisive third match.
