Lineup notes

  • Head Coach Bradley Carnell makes seven changes to the lineup from Wednesday's match against CF Montreal.
  • Four homegrowns start tonight for the Union, tying for the most to start a league match this season.
  • Goalkeeper Andrew Rick makes his 10th start of the 2025 MLS season with his last coming June 25th at the Chicago Fire where he picked up a clean sheet.
  • Homegrown defender Frankie Westfield returns to the starting XI for his 15th start of the season and his first since May 31st at FC Dallas.
  • Team captain Alejandro Bedoya makes his 223rd league start for the Boys in Blue tonight, with the first his first since the club's June 29th match at Columbus Crew SC.
  • Midfielder Jesus Bueno also makes his first start for the club since that Columbus Crew road match.
  • Homegrown Jeremy Rafanello earns his second MLS start of the 2025 season and the sixth of his career.
  • Forward Mikael Uhre makes his first start for the club since May 31st at FC Dallas.
