When is the Subaru Esports Hub open?

The Subaru Esports Hub will open to the public on October 31st and will be open for each home match. The space will open at 5 p.m. ET and remain open until the end of the match. Reservations will be made available to host birthday day parties, corporate events, and tournaments at a future date for non-gamedays. The space will close down at 6:30 p.m. with entry re-opening on the concourse when gates open for the match.

What games are offered at the Subaru Esports Hub?

Games installed in the systems include FIFA 22, Rocket League and DiRT 3 with more games set to be added in the future.

What gaming consoles are available at the Subaru Esports Hub?

The current gaming consoles are both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. More consoles will arrive in the at a later date.

Do I need a ticket to play at the Subaru Esports Hub on gameday?

Yes, a ticket will be required to access the Subaru Esports Hub on gameday.

Do I need a reservation in order to play?

Reservations will not be needed for gameday, it will be open play and first come first serve. We will ask guests to be mindful of playing time and staff will monitor time.

Is there a time limit on how long I can play?

There will be a 30-minute limit during gameday unless in the case of no guest is waiting for their turn.

Can you only play online or can multiple people play at once on the same console?

Guests will be able to both play and online and/or play up to 2 people at the same console.

Can I bring my own games to play?

Yes, but only for private events. Please keep in mind the games should be a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 disc version of the game. Philadelphia Union is not responsible for any damage or lost your game.

Can I bring my own controller?

No, you may not bring your own controllers or headset while this space is open on a home gameday.

Can I use my personal PlayStation Network Account?

No, you may not use your own PlayStation Network Account, however the space is equipped with Union accounts that are ready for online gaming.

Can I bring in my own food and beverage?

No, you are not allowed to bring your own food and beverage into the space.

Are there any COVID-19 protocols?

We ask that all guests using the space please wear a mask while inside the Subaru Esports Hub. We also encourage that guests wipe down controllers after player. Wipes and Hand Sanitizer will be available in the space.
