With a victory on the road, Philadelphia Union II have clinched a spot in the inaugural MLS NEXT Pro playoffs!

The Boys in Blue made the most of the first-ever MLS NEXT Pro Decision Day that saw five teams in the East enter the day competing for the final three spots in the postseason. Head Coach Marlon LeBlanc's side showed mental toughness on the road to earn the postseason berth behind three first-half goals en route to a 3-1 result to clinch the No. 3 seed.

Union II entered Decision Day in fourth position but rose up the standings courtesy of Rochester NY FC getting just a point against NYCFC II via a shootout loss.

Union II concludes the regular season with a 11-9-4 record good enough for 40 points. An important piece of the Union’s Pathway To the Pros, 12 members of the Union Academy have taken to the pitch for Head Coach Marlon LeBlanc along with 14 members of the Union first team.

Union II will travel to take on Toronto FC II in the Eastern Conference Semifinals with the date and time to be announced by the league in the near future.
