Philadelphia Union II looks for its first winning streak of the season as they host FC Cincinnati 2 on Sunday afternoon at Subaru Park. Kick off is set for 3PM with tickets on sale now and coverage on MLSNEXTPro.com and OneFootball.

Union II started off its 2026 league season on a high with 16-year-old forward Malik Jakupovic netting the lone goal in the home opener victory over Toronto FC II. The strike capped off a remarkable few days for the Union II forward, who made an appearance with the MLS side as a second-half substitute against Defence Force F.C. in Concacaf Champions Cup action.

While the goal stole the show and was nominated for the league's top goal of the matchweek, it was the Union II defense that secured the first three points of the season.  Team captain Rafael Uzcategui led the team in blocked shots including a key one shortly after the Boys in Blue took the lead while first team goalkeeper George Marks made big plays to earn his first shutout with Union II.

Last season Philly and Cincinnati squared off three times with Union II sweeping the series.

FC Cincinnati 2 comes to Chester after a 3-1 home loss to league-newcomer CT United FC. The Ohio side found itself down a goal at the break but leveled it via a penalty kick conversion from Stefan Chirila in the 71st minute. The road side bounced back with goals in the 78th and 90th minute to earn their first-ever MLS NEXT Pro victory.
