Philadelphia Union II midfielder Kellan LeBlanc has been named by U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team head coach Jeremy Hall to the 20-player roster for the 2026 Torneio Internacional de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal.
During the tournament, the USA will take on Iceland on March 26 (7 a.m. ET / 11 a.m. local), face Morocco on March 28 (2 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. local) and close out against hosts Portugal on March 31 (9 a.m. ET / 2 p.m. local).
Twelve players on the roster were part of the U.S. squad that won its group at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
Thirteen Major League Soccer club setups are represented, with one player apiece coming from Atlanta United, Charlotte FC, Chicago Fire, FC Cincinnati, Columbus Crew, LAFC, LA Galaxy, Inter Miami, New England Revolution, New York City FC, Red Bull New York, Philadelphia Union and Real Salt Lake.
The USL Championship sends three players, coming from Birmingham Legion, Louisville City and Orange County SC.
The roster is rounded out with four European-based players, coming from Portuguese sides FC Famalicao and Sporting Lisbon, LASK Linz (Austria) and Parma (Italy).
The camp is part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.
All players were born on or after Jan. 1, 2008.
