Philadelphia Union Academy learned on Tuesday morning who they'll be playing in the upcoming Generation adidas Cup Qualifiers. The GA Cup Qualifiers will take place at the Empire Polo Ground in Indio, Calif., starting on Friday, December 2 through Thursday, December 8, as part of the MLS NEXT Fest.
The U15 squad will play at 1:30 p.m. ET for all three of their matches in California and begin the group stage with a showdown against Orlando City SC on Sunday, December 4th. The squad will then take on back-to-back matches staring with the Portland Timbers on Tuesday, December 6th and then wrap up Group C play against Chicago Fire FC on Wednesday, December 7th.
Meanwhile the U17s were paired off with strong competition that will kick off against the Sporting Kansas City on Friday, December 2nd at 4:30 p.m. ET. They'll follow it up the next day against the Seattle Sounders with a 1:30 p.m. ET kick off. They'll conclude Group F play against the San Jose Earthquakes on December 5th with kick off set for 2 p.m. ET.
