The last match of March saw another Independence Blue Cross Achievement Unlocked as Philadelphia Union battled Chicago Fire FC.
With the Union trailing by a goal, Head Coach Bradley Carnell's sent on Union II forward Malik Jakupovic in the 62nd minute.
Playing in his fourth match with the first team after a trio of call-ups for Concacaf Champions Cup action, Jakupovic signed a fourth short-term call-up before the game to be eligible for selection. The appearance was his first in league play but his third overall with the first team in 2026 after making substitute appearances against Defence Force F.C. and Club America.
