Unity Night Activations
Saturday night is Unity Night Presented by WSFS Bank and the club announce earlier this week an exciting collaboration with Jae Martin, a Philadelphia-based visual artist.
Martin captures the essence of the Union and Philadelphia in a first-of-its-kind collaboration inspired by his signature phrase, "heartbeat in every drop". Jae bridges the connection between the Union, the community, and the game itself using the heart to represent the pule of unity and resilience within the city's fans.
The Unity collection celebrates the shared rhythm between the team and it's fans - a rhythm driven by the sweat, effort and love poured into every match to make the city proud. Jae's unique artistic vision with the Union's mission to inspire and uplift this drop is a powerful celebration of the heart and soul of Philadelphia. Fans seeking to purchase pieces from the Unity Collection will need to be in line at Saturday evening at the Union Shop at Subaru Park which will be the exclusive sales point for the items.
In addition to the collection, fans are invited to Union Yards where they can interact with Martin on a special art piece from 4:30-6:30PM where they can leave messages of love that will then be used in a future Union project.

Zero Landfill
With the Philadelphia Union's innovative, forward-thinking initiatives and Subaru's long history of environmentalism and zero landfill expertise, the Union and Subaru have made Subaru Park the first zero landfill soccer stadium in Major League Soccer. To achieve this, Subaru Park reduces, reuses, and recycles more than 90% of its waste with the remaining waste converted to energy, thereby putting nothing into landfills since officially declaring zero-landfill status in 2021. By creating in-stadium messaging and an easy system for fans to sort their waste, Subaru and the Union cut the amount of waste each fan generated in half and increased the amount of waste fans recycle five-fold. Helping to keep trash out of landfills is just another way Subaru lives up to its commitment to support the Philadelphia community through its partnership with the Philadelphia Union.
