Przybylko wins Concacaf Champions League Top Goal Scorer Award

MONTERREY, Mexico – Philadelphia Union FW Kacper Przybylko earned the Qatar Airways Top Goal Scorer Award after finishing as the top goal scorer in the 2021 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League with five goals.

The Union striker was the model of consistency, scoring a goal in four straight matches to open the tournament, including a brace in Philadelphia’s 3-0 win over Atlanta United in the first leg of the quarterfinals. 

Przybylko scored two goals in the Round of 16 versus Deportivo Saprissa of Costa Rica and a total of three goals in the quarterfinal series with Atlanta United, helping the Union to a semifinal finish in their SCCL debut.
