The last two Supporters' Shield winners face off in the final match of May as Philadelphia Union travels to take on the New England Revolution. Kick off from Gillette Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and can be viewed on PHL17 and for free on PhiladelphiaUnion.com for fans within the Philadelphia DMA.
