NOTES
- Goalkeeper Andre Blake is 5-2 all-time against the Chicago Fire, with a clean sheet coming earlier this year.
- Aurelien Collin makes his fifth start at center back for the Boys in Blue in 2019.
- Midfielder Warren Creavalle's start marks his 150th career appearance in MLS. The start is Creavalle's fifth of 2019 and 10 appearances overall.
- Haris Medunjanin makes his 90th career start for the Union. The midfielder has collected four assists in the last three matches for the Union.
- Jamiro Monteiro makes his 15th start of the year and his first appearance in the starting XI since July 3rd at Orlando City SC.
- Forward Kacper Przybylko makes his 20th appearance of the year with a start at top of the formation. Przybylko leads the team with 11 goals (5th in MLS this year) and has scored in back-to-back games.
